Big-Picture Planning & Sustainable Project Expert
Developed plans for all infrastructure improvements and utilities for an over 23,000 acre master planned community. Scope included developing sustainable portable water supply, on-site wastewater treatment facilities with 100% water reuse, and use of on-site aggregates for roadway construction.
Roller Compacted Concrete Pavement
Starting in the 1990’s, I implemented complete roller compacted concrete (RCC) pavement process that was used throughout the US. Savings of over 50% for the pavement and floor systems. Leader in emerging performance concrete and recognized RCC concrete expert who presents nationally .
